Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth execution of our staffing operations, supporting our recruiters, clinicians, and clients. The Operations Associate will handle administrative tasks, coordinate logistics, assist with credentialing, and support recruitment efforts, contributing to the success of our contract placements nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
• Candidate Coordination : Assist in onboarding clinicians, including managing documentation, background checks, licensure verification, and credentialing processes.
• Credentialing Support: Assist in the credentialing of healthcare clinicians, ensuring all required certifications, licenses, and credentials meet facility and regulatory standards.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data integrity for candidates, clients, and contracts.
• Social Media Posts: Create and schedule social media content to promote job openings, agency updates, and engage with clinicians and clients.
• Recruiter Assistance: Act as a recruiter assistant when needed, supporting sourcing, screening, and candidate communication efforts.
• Compliance: Ensure all placements meet regulatory and accreditation requirements, including state licensure and facility-specific credentials.
• Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, reporting, and other operational tasks to support the recruitment team and agency goals.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership, operations management or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1-2 years of experience in operations, administrative support, or healthcare staffing preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation for professional purposes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clinicians, clients, and internal teams.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, credentialing, or staffing industry standards is a plus.
• Must be able to work in-office in Cincinnati, OH, if located in the area.
