Travel Sterile Processing Technicians
For the VA Eastern Colorado Health Care System
In Aurora, CO
Qualifications:
Education:
- Minimum of High School diploma or GED Equivalent
Skills required:
• Knowledge of
o Surgical instruments used in operating rooms and clinic settings
o Event-related packaging regarding sterility
o Sterilization and cleaning equipment
o Universal precautions for safety and prevention of cross contamination
Certification: Must have either-
- • HSPA Certification OR CBSPD Certification (CRCST)
Must also have a current BLS certification
