Education:
• High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) equivalency.
- Must possess 2 years of study in an accredited college or university, junior college, or similar institution which included or was supplemented by at least 12 semester hours in such courses as health sciences, nursing, behavioral science, social science, guidance, counseling, teaching, biological sciences or related fields.
Certifications:
• Must possess BLS and/or ACLS

Mental Health/Substance Abuse Tech-VA Bonham, TX
Sterling Medical is currently looking for
Mental Health Aide Technicians
for the Sam Rayburn Memorial Veterans Center
Domiciliary Substance Abuse Program
At the VA in Bonham, TX
(A part of the South Texas Veterans Health Care System)
Hours-
2 shifts available-
Sunday through Thursday 11:30pm-8am
or
Tuesday through Saturday 7:30am-4:00pm, or 3:30pm - 12:00pm

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience:
- Must possess (1) One year experience in direct patient care performing therapeutic and supportive tasks in assisting the physician and other personnel in a rehabilitation treatment program setting (Substance Abuse experience).
