Job Requirements of Dental Assistant-VA Healthcare-Los Angeles:
Hygienist-
• Associate’s degree or higher from an accredited hygiene program
• A current unrestricted license in California
• At least one year’s experience as a Dental Hygienist
• A valid TB test
Assistant-
• A current license for the state of California from the Committee on Dental Auxiliaries
• At least one year’s experience as a Dental Assistant
• A Dental Radiological Certificate
• A valid TB test

At 6 locations in the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System
VA Greater LA (2 locations), North Hills, Bakersfield, Santa Maria, Ventura
Hours: Monday- Friday 7:30am -4:30pm
Qualifications:
Must have a current valid TB test
License/Certificate:
• BLS Provider Certification (American Heart Association)
Job Requirements:
Hygienist-
