Qualifications:
Experience:
• Minimum (2) year of experience as an LPN, 6 month experience in Primary care is desired.
License:
- Must have a current, unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in either SC or compact license
Certification:
• Current, BLS Provider certification
