Job Requirements of Clinical Psychologist, USCG-Portsmouth, VA:
Duties:
The Psychologist will provide all aspects of Mental Health Services to commensurate with the capabilities of the provider and the Medical Department including but not limited to:
• Perform a full range Mental Health Services to a variety of patients at one or more USCG site(s),
• Develop, review and implement Treatment Plans for care of behavioral health conditions, providing appropriate follow-up care, discharge plans, and transfers to other health care facilities

Sterling Medical is looking for a Psychologist for
US Coast Guard Base
In Portsmouth, VA

Qualifications:
License:
• Current unrestricted active license to practice Psychology from one of (50) fifty states, District of Colombia, Puerto Rico, Gram, or U.S. Virgin Islands.
Education:
Must have graduated with:
• Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.)
OR
• Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.)
From an accredited university or professional school.
Must have completed a (1) one year (APA) accredited internship.
Certification:
Must have current BLS (Basic Life Support), for Health Care Provider by American Heart Association (AHA), American Red Cross (ARC), American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI), or the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP).
Experience:
Minimum of (2) two years of clinical experience as a Psychologist, which has taken place recently (within the five years immediately preceding the submission of this offer); not including specialty or residence training.
